MissionDamned Good People's mission is to educate the public on how theological societies, past and present, have damned good people, creating this deep-seated fear of judgement and rejection when challenging theology beliefs. By providing public meeting spaces for humanist, agnostic, atheist, rationalists and free thinking people, the public can visualize a space where good people can share their beliefs and experiences without the fear of being judged for who they are or for what they believe. VisionDamned Good People's vision is to create local chapters where the public can visualize free-thinking individuals of all nationalities, classes, races, and sexes coming together and having the courage to share their experiences on being damned by society's religious biases. Each location will provide a social place for morning coffee, potluck dinners, songs, games, and to listen to inspiring talks from those who may or may not agree with you. ValuesFor those who support Damned Good People, the main value is having the freedom to celebrate this one life by engaging with others who live their life the way they are without being judged. Through these experiences, life has been given a true meaning with purpose. Objective Our objective is to create a world where everyone acknowledges that their biases are man-made and must be eliminated by coming together as one human race. True Peace and Happiness can only happen when Equality = One. |
